Be a Champion for Change

Australia's diversity and inclusion initiatives are on the rise. But is there more we should be doing?

According to a recent survey by AHRI and the Macquarie Business School, we need to ensure organisations are employing an inclusive culture, and that groups and individuals can benefit from a wider range of diversity initiatives. We can't afford to relapse into a tick-in-the-box approach when it comes to diversity and inclusion.

Our communities and businesses need D&I champions like you.

A Day of Trailblazing

The AHRI D&I conference was amazing. Very thought provoking as well as offering some practical ideas for how organisations can progress their D&I agendas. Well done AHRI - can't wait for the 2020 conference!
